We’re headed over to Montana again in a couple of days. It snowed there this week, so before we leave we’re having some snow tires put on the truck. It’s a 10 hour trip, and we don’t want to make it any longer than it needs to be. Speaking of all those hours in the passenger seat, I’ve got to find a hand project to bring so I have something to work on!

This is my favorite use ever of those foam pumpkins you find in the craft stores, hands down. Thanks to The Paper Mama for this diy.
I always love a fussy-cut project, and this pillow from Polkadot Chair is no exception. The pinked edge background piece on each one really makes it perfect.
This shirt from A Girl and a Glue Gun is a great last minute costume - and it glows in the dark!
I’ve talked about the history I have with my kids and Harry Potter before, but the short version is that I read every one of those books aloud to them, finishing when they were teens. Because of that, I have a soft spot for HP crafts and recipes, like this Butterbeer mix from More Than Thursdays.
Starting a princess dress this close to Halloween is ambitious, but not impossible to finish. This course from Frocks and Frolics seems like it would be a big help.
