I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July yesterday! We spent it in North Dakota, the birthplace of my husband, which I had never visited before. Now we’re headed toward our property on Montana, where we’ll spend a night or two before hitting the road to Oregon. We had an amazing trip, but it’s surprising how exhausting sitting in a truck for hours on end can be. I’m ready to stretch my legs for a couple of days!

We already have a trip to Disneyland planned for our unborn granddaughter’s first birthday. I think grandma and baby might need matching hats, like this one from All for the Memories.
I’ve never played with alcohol ink before, but these dishes from Hearth and Vine make me want to.
How sweet is this sunglasses case from I Spy DIY?
It’s probably the fact that we don’t currently own a barbeque that’s making me want all things grilled, but these Rice Krispie Treats from The Kitchn sound delicious.
The thought of spending nearly 100 hours in the truck had me looking for hand projects before I left. I love the natural flow of these embroidery patterns from LarkRisingEmbroidery.
