Well, as I said I might, I did come back from Las Vegas. It was sunny, but not hot, I had the most amazing creme brulee I've ever had and we came back with a tiny bit more play money than we left with. All in all, it was a good trip, and just what we needed. Now I'm ready to get back to crafting!

Has that flu got you yet? I'm not even sure, because I was sick not once or twice, but three times before the holidays. I'm kinda hoping one of those was it so I don't have to worry about getting it anymore. Like a lot of people, I try to get back to eating healthier in January. The thing I usually have going for me is that I'm craving more vegetables by then. This ramen from Half Baked Harvest looks like it would hit the spot, and can be made in my Instant Pot (that I'm still learning to use, but love so far!)
I know mermaids have been a thing for a while now, but what got me about these dolls from rileyconstruction was the glasses and that bit of seaweed in their hair - so cute!
