I made myself a pair of pajamas this week. More accurately, I sewed some shorts and embellished a t-shirt. I found some flannel I really liked, and made an iron-on for the shirt to match. I'm sad to say, I think it's my last attempt. It seems like no matter what I do, they either end up too big or too small. This time they're a little big, although I'm going to leave them alone because I'm afraid of making them worse. Shouldn't pajama bottoms be the easiest thing in the world to make? Maybe I'm too picky. I guess I don't need to explain why I don't make my own clothes!

Just because I have a mental block about comfy shorts doesn't mean everyone else has to, and eHow is here to prove it.
I have allergy trouble with earrings, but I have a bag of stainless steel earring hooks in case I want to whip up some I can safely wear. This cute leather version from Southernly Splendid will definitely be next.
When our daughter was little, my husband made her an epic, three-story Barbie house. It was so amazing that it's waiting in our garage for future grand kids to enjoy. This dollhouse from Ana White is big enough for 18" tall dolls. My husband might have to whip up a second house one day.
These transparent potato chips from Imnopeas on Instructables are no quick and easy project, but wow, what an interesting snack!
This pillow from DesignAsYouGo on Craftsy looks perfect for summer. While we're not quite there yet, you'll need a little time to make it.
